What could be sweeter than tasty soft wool carrots for your spring celebrations?

These eco-friendly carrot plushies can be made in a variety of sizes and with a range of fabrics. And the best part is that it's easy! This is a Level 1 pattern, designed for beginner adult crafters or capable older kids. The pattern is intended for knit fabrics---those with side-to-side stretch. We recommend cotton knit velour or an upcycled sweater, such as a merino wool or cashmere. They can be completed entirely with hand sewing, or you may choose to start with a sewing machine. Add a wool yarn green carrot top and stuff them with wool, and you'll have a beautiful natural toy to decorate your home or for your children to enjoy!
